Three Advisory Formats. One Focus: Your Build Plan.
ashveila's advisory services are designed around where your organisation is in the AI lab planning process — not a one-size offering applied regardless of context.
Back to HomeHow ashveila Structures Advisory Work
Every ashveila engagement begins with a review of what the client already has — existing plans, notes, site documentation, or simply a set of open questions. We do not require a polished starting point. We work with what is available and structure the advisory around the actual state of planning.
From there, each engagement follows a consistent pattern: prepared sessions, documented outputs, and a plan that can be handed off internally. The scope, timeline, and depth differ by engagement format — but the underlying method is the same.
Advisory output from ashveila is operational, not strategic. We do not produce market analysis or organisational strategy. We produce phase plans, dependency maps, readiness criteria, and session notes — the working documents that keep a build programme on track.
Review Existing Materials
We review whatever the client has — draft plans, site notes, team discussions — and identify where planning is well-developed and where gaps exist.
Structured Planning Sessions
Sessions are run with prepared agendas. Objectives are set in advance. Discussion moves toward decisions rather than general exploration.
Document and Distribute
Written outputs are produced after each session or stage — formatted for internal use and distribution to project team members not present.
Ongoing or Close-Out
Short engagements conclude with a final review. Retainer engagements continue on a quarterly basis with consistent support throughout the build programme.
Build Planning Review
An advisory review of your organisation's plan for setting up an AI lab space. The focus is on non-regulated operational considerations — how the plan is sequenced, how the layout connects to workflow requirements, and whether the organisation has a clear picture of readiness at each stage. The engagement is short and produces a written review alongside a planning session.
This service is well-suited to teams that are in early planning and want a structured external look at their current thinking before moving to more committed decisions.
- Written advisory review of current plan
- One structured planning session
- Readiness assessment for initial phase
- Sequencing and layout observations
- Short engagement — one to two weeks
Phased Build Advisory
A four-to-six week planning engagement that helps teams structure a phased build-out from end to end. The advisory covers how operational milestones connect to each other, what dependencies need to be resolved before each phase can begin, and how the build plan is documented for distribution across the project team.
This service suits organisations preparing for a multi-stage project where clear phase boundaries and documented handover criteria will matter throughout the build.
- Full phase and milestone mapping
- Dependency identification and documentation
- Multiple planning sessions over the engagement
- Documented build plan formatted for internal use
- Four to six week project scope
Programme Advisory Retainer
An ongoing advisory retainer supporting operational decisions across a full build programme. The retainer keeps planning structured and well-documented as work progresses quarter by quarter — covering recurring advisory sessions, active decision support between sessions, and a maintained record of programme decisions.
Designed for larger initiatives where the build extends across multiple quarters and where consistent advisory involvement adds more value than periodic standalone engagements.
- Recurring planning sessions throughout the quarter
- Ongoing decision support between sessions
- Maintained programme documentation
- Quarterly renewal with review at each close
- Suited to large or extended build programmes

What Applies to Every Engagement
Client Confidentiality
All plans, documents, and information shared during an engagement are treated as confidential. Nothing is referenced or disclosed externally.
Prepared Agendas
Sessions always begin with a prepared agenda. Objectives are communicated in advance so session time is used on decisions.
Usable Written Outputs
Documents are formatted for internal distribution — not consultancy artefacts that require translation before the team can use them.
Clear Scope Boundaries
Advisory scope covers operational planning only — separate from regulated services, technical procurement, or licensed professional activities.
Timely Responses
Queries between sessions are responded to within one business day. Retainer clients have consistent availability across the engagement quarter.
No Scope Creep
Engagement scope does not expand without explicit agreement. Clients know what they are getting and what falls outside the advisory boundary.
Advisory Service Fees
All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit and confirmed at engagement start. No additional charges outside the scope agreed.
