The Build Planning Review suits teams at an early stage who want a structured look at their current plan before committing further. The Phased Build Advisory fits organisations preparing for a multi-stage project over several months. The Programme Advisory Retainer is designed for larger, longer initiatives where ongoing decision support is valuable across a full build programme quarter by quarter.

The Build Planning Review is a short engagement — typically completed within one to two weeks including the written review and planning session. The Phased Build Advisory runs over four to six weeks. The Programme Advisory Retainer operates on a quarterly basis and can be renewed as the build programme continues.

There is no prescribed preparation required. It helps to have some documentation of your current thinking — even a rough outline of plans, a site overview, or notes on where decisions are still open. We work with whatever is available and structure the advisory around the actual state of your planning rather than an assumed starting point.

Sessions can be conducted either way depending on what works best for your team. For clients based in Klang Valley, in-person sessions at our Petaling Jaya office or at your site can often be arranged. Remote sessions via video call are available for organisations elsewhere in Malaysia.

All fees are quoted and invoiced in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Payment terms and invoicing details are confirmed at engagement start. We invoice through standard business channels and can accommodate organisational procurement processes where needed.
